WE NEED YOU
The Israel Prayer Tower welcomes volunteers who are not only dedicated to prayer but also willing to contribute their talents in various areas such as marketing, social media, fundraising, and more. If you possess a heart for prayer and a desire to aid in our ministry’s growth, we invite you to join us for a commitment ranging from one month to a year. Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review the essential information below.
ACCOMMODATION
As a volunteer at the Israel Prayer Tower, you’ll be provided accommodation in one of our well-appointed dormitories. Our fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities are at your disposal. Situated in the heart of the city, our tower offers easy access to buses and trams, strategically positioned: 15 minutes from the central bus station, 20 minutes from Jaffa Gate, and just 1 minute from Ben Yehuda Street.
STEPS TO JOIN
To apply for a volunteer position, complete the application form. Additionally, provide:
1. A one-page recommendation from a pastor or elder of your church.
2. Two one-page recommendations from loved ones who have known you for at least three years.
3. A personal testimony of conversion.
4. Interview appointment (via Zoom)

APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply for a volunteer position, complete the application form. Additionally, provide:
– A one-page recommendation from a pastor or elder of your church.
– Two one-page recommendations from loved ones who have known you for at least three years.
– A personal testimony of conversion.
Upon review, successful candidates will be notified via email for an interview. After the interview, candidates will receive an email regarding the acceptance or rejection of their application.
ACCEPTANCE
Upon receiving confirmation of acceptance as an Israel Prayer Tower volunteer, you’ll be requested to submit scanned copies of your passport (or ID card if you hold Israeli citizenship) and health insurance confirmation for your stay in Jerusalem.
VISA PROCCESS
For citizens of the US, EU, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, entry tourist visas are typically granted without charge upon arrival in Israel. If you reside in a different country, kindly verify entry regulations. Volunteer visas, which can extend up to two years, are applied for in Israel through IPT. This process takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Once approved, your visa will be sent to your local Israeli embassy for pickup. Please note that applicants cannot be in Israel during this procedure.
LIVING COSTS
As part of the IPT team, you are responsible for raising your own financial support. Costs associated with travel, health, and stay are your responsibility, as no scholarships are available. Estimated living costs include:
– Health Insurance: $50
– Shared Accommodation: $30/day
– Single Apartment: $50/day
– Cell Phone: $30
– Food: $300
– Transportation (Light Rail/Bus): $80
– Utilities: $100

Nestled at the intersection of Ben Yehuda and King George Streets in the heart of Jerusalem, the IPT offers breathtaking panoramic views from its perch on the 20th Floor of Migdal Hayir (City Towers). With accessible public transportation and a strategic location, you’ll find it just 15 minutes from the central bus station, 20 minutes from Jaffa Gate, and a mere 1-minute walk from Ben Yehuda Street. Our shared rooms, accommodating 8 female and 6 male guests, provide a comfortable haven. Additionally, our fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities are available to meet your daily needs.
